I am looking for a good DVD to show me how to completely disassmble  my AR and anything else it can show me like maybe how to shoot the AR properly.  i have seen a few for sale but not sure which on is the best.  Please  let me know thanks.

get a US army/marine disassembly/assembly book. Its all you'll need.

I have the Bushmaster Armorer's DVD and it's fantastic, I highly recommend it.
