I picked up a new aimpoint 3X magnifier for AR at a gun show this weekend for a hell of a price ($400 out the door) and I need a mount for it to position it behind my Eotech. Do any of you have any recommendations of which one I should get? Let me know which brand and which dealer I should get it from. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Damn that thing costs a pretty penny. Who has the best price for one of these? Are there any other mounts that you recommend that aren't quite as expensive? Also, I heard that Aimpoint is releasing their own quick flip mount. Any truth to this?

Check TalonArms for the wuick flip. Its what I use and suggest as well. Great idea and great mount. Aimpoint has their twist mount already, but I think it is a poor substitute for the Samson mount. If Aimpoint will have a new mount, we'll know about it soon.

Talon Arms has their own quick flip mount? I went to their site and all I saw was the Samson one.
