I emailed RRA and asked the same question. This is the response I received:
"The ball ammo we use is Black Hills. The guarentee is 1" at 100 yards. This is what the rifle is capable of shooting in it's standard configuration (w/chrome moly barrel) chrome lined will decrease accuracy. The capability of the shooter could help the accuracy more. " My barrel is chrome lined, so I guess the guarantee doesn't apply to my rifle. By the way, I love my Tactical Entry model.  I just need to practice more. Looks like its time to buy more ammo.
