How much and where?

I have a good friend who is away at law school and won't return until December.

In the meantime I am going to borrow his Colt HBAR post-ban match target, and as a surprise (he kept saying he wanted it done real bad), I want to thread the barrel and install an A2 flash hider. Where is a good place to send the upper too to have it threaded and how much.

KKF does a good job and is probably the cheapest, but he takes a long time. Be prepared to wait 6-8 weeks. ADCO charges a bit more, but their turn around time is fast.

The two places I like (and I've had this kind of work done at both of them):

Randal at www.AR15barrels.com $30 (you ship the barrel, add $40 if you just want to ship the upper)

And ADCO at www.Adcofirearms.com $65 (you ship the entire upper)

Adco did mine and had it back within a week. Awsome job too. Worth every penny.
