I am looking to get a little more eye relief without shelling out for a new mount.  Is there any problem with mounting a scope with 1 ring to the flatop and another to a DD rail???

The only pic I could find of such a set-up came from an ee ad from Adco.  Hope no one is offended by using the pic here again so people know what I am asking about.  MODS, if such reposting of a pic is a no no please delete this post

It's not ideal but should work fine.  I haven't had any DD rails come lose but have seen reports of such.  

If you were using an Aimpoint or Eotech on the DD, it will work great.  But because you are talking about magnification, the slightest movement will effect your zero.  Idealy, you want it on the upper receiver but I don't see any big deal mounted as such.
