Hey folks,

I just held a Pro Ordinance AR-15 at a gun store.  It is incredibly light and I think I am in love.  They want $700 for it and it looks new, may even be new.

I have heard that Bushmaster has swallowed the company and now makes the same rifle with their logo on it.  

I am looking for opinions and comments on this 4-lbs cutie.  Can someone shed some light on it?  I am mostly interested in usability, shootability, durability and fun-factor.  

Also, what is the difference between type 21 and type 97?

I've never fired one myself but everytime I've seen them at the range they were providing a lot of practice on malfunction clearing drills.

Bushmaster bought them out, spent about a year trying to work bugs out of it and may or may not be willing to work on any of the old ones.
