What is the most durable, slickest looking paint out there for refinishing mags. I like the way the Labelle mags look. What should I get?

I can only comment on Norrell's molyresin because that's all I have used.  It's fairly easy to apply if you have the right equipment.  You'll need an airbrush and an oven.  A sandblaster also helps.  I've only done a few items as testers but the finish is holding up very well.  I did my streamlight flashlight which I carry on duty every day and the finish still looks good.
