A gunsmith buddy is building an upper and has turned a 24inch barrel, what's the proper gas port hole size for this? Same as a 20inch or a few thou smaller?
Thanks.

Use 0.093 to 0.096 inches; smaller value for skinner profile, larger value for larger profile at gas port location. Charles the Gunsmith.
