Found a MT6601 used today ser# CHM023xxx   bbl marking 99'  Rifle is almost too clean, however trig seemed abit heavy compared to my (now gone) MT6601 01'  

$850 asking?

Any changes for 99-01' I should know about?

Try calling Colts customer service. I called about my '93 6601 awhile back and thats when I found out it was made in Sept. of '93. I knew it was a preban but I was curious about the date. They will also supply a letter concerning your rifle but its not free. The cost is $25.00
