hey guys,
has anyone seen any accuracy improvements after installing an accuwedge?
they (the manufacturer) say accuracy will increase, but does anyone have first hand knowledge?

I can attest that there is no noticible change after installation.

If you think about it you'll realize that a tighter fit between recievers wont do jack for accuracy.

if you have a lot of movement.  and i mean a lot!  like 1/8" you may see some improvement.
if not a dab of silicone or epoxy on the bottom of the rear lug will do a better job.  but even then the change is negligible.

that's what i thought!  
if you guys check the equipment exchange i just invented an "accuhat",
a hat that actually improves accuracy by constricting the blood flow to the brain!!

They don't help accuracy, but if the play between the upper and lower is bugging you it's a $5 fix.

Edit:  I think I have an unused spare if ya want...

If the wedge was so great a device and made your gun so much more accurate every manufactuer would have cut out's for them in their product. It simple just doesn't improve anything. If you have 1/8" gap/slop between upper and reciever you got other problems.
