On the top end, there is a screw towards the rear, it holds a locking clamp. Take that screw all the way out. Put the top half on by placing the front of the handguard in the handguard cap, and swinging it down into the delta ring. You have to make sure that the previously mentioned locking clamp slides under the barrel nut. Once that is in place, put the lower half on the same way, fomr the handguard cap into the delta ring. The lower half has no clamp. Once it is on, put the screw back in and tighten it a bit past hand tight. There is a inch pound recommended tourqe, but I dont know what it is off hand. Good luck!
