I guess I screwed up the wording in my last thread and it went tits up in a hurry, so let me try again...

If you had an almost unlimited budget, let's say $2500, and you were putting together an AR carbine, how would you outfit it?  I'm just curious what parts, brands, etc, that you guys would use.  I'd like your opinions of the best of each item.

My dream carbine is not an AR

My dream carbine is something simple, light (<6 lbs.), reliable and uncomplicated:
Upper, Lower, barrel, CH, bolt and related bits:
Off the shelf Bushmaster Carbon 15 series pistol turned SBR or Model 4
Hand guards / Rails:
The lightest hand guards available, no heavy rail systems
Stock:
The lightest available (standard 6 position?)
Flash Hider:
Phantom seems like the best deal so I put that on my SBR, no plans to change the one that comes standard on the Model 4
Sling:
any fairly wide 3 or single point model
Optics:
Eotech 552
Grip:
Hogue Grip
FVG & Light:
TangoDown Forward vertical grip & 'shoot me' light (still not 100% sold on my need for these though I have both a TDI vertical grip and a mount + surefire on my C15 SBR).

1) Colt LE6920, LMT M4, or Colt Government Carbine  (average price about $1000)
2) Light: probably a set of  M500A handguards or a 674 system ($350)
3) Sling: Spectre single point sling ($30)
4) 10 USGI magazines ($120)
5) 5,000 M193
6) 1,000 M855
