Since I live in Connecticut I am looking into either the Bushmaster XM15 E2S or Colt Match Target M4.  The ban is still in affect in Connecticut so I am limited to what I can get.  The list doesnt state any bushmaster rifles.  I would love to have a telescoping stock but im not really sure if that is on the ban.

Any suggestions on either or?

from what i have herd, you can get a pre ban bushmaster (before 1994). but anything no ban, made after the FED AWB, no ban rifles, are i beileve illegal
