What would be a good price on a slightly used RRA NM rifle? A buudy is selling his, he wants something with a flash suppressor on it. He's asking $750. Is that a good deal? If it is, I might grab it. It's an accurate rifle, I've shot it.

Personally, I would pay no more than $500 for a used ex-post ban RRA without the goodies..

If it was in excellet shape for $650.  I would buy it...
At prices between $650 - $750 it comes down to how bad you want it.
How many rounds down the pipe???
Just my .02

It does have the RRA NM trigger?  Is so, I would set in the $600-650 range.  Figure $250 or so the lower is worth, then $350 or so for the upper, if not too many rounds fired.

They are nice rifles, and down the road you can always send off to have it rebarreled with FS and a new FSB with the lug added.
