After installing my new RRA 6pos. stock I had to wonder, is there anyone who uses the fully compacted stting while shooting w/ normal clothes? I personaly like the 3rd and 4th positions the best, I must admit I do like the small stubby profile of the smallest one. And am I also correct that the stock will go one position further than postban stocks? (If I come off sounding obbsesed its because I spent a month waiting for it.)

I use the shortest setting when doing certain entries.  Aside from that, it only stays closed when in the rack.

I dont have a six yet..but I plan to get a vltor soon..

I have a four and keep it in the totally closed position whenever I am at my house..I want a short little bullet hose for indoors..but when I go outside and get ready for duty..I lock it in the full rear position.
