Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - need help finding an upper

I am looking for a new complete pre-ban upper. I am open to brand suggestion as long as it fits a Bushy lower. This is what I am looking for:
-Flat top
-Mid-length hand guards
-16in M4 profile barrel(prefer chrome lined)
-threaded with Vortex flash supressor
-M4 feed ramps
-standard FSB with bayo lug
-PRI militatary latch
Whos makes this or somthing similar??

Your going to have to get the thing custom built. Many of the dealers (ADCO, CMMG et al.) here will do it. For M4 feed ramps you will either have to go with a LMT or Colt upper though.
