I  have the one from Bushmaster,  the real Phantom flash hider,that also doesnt have the rough cut in front of it.
My  question,which Phantom is best to use, the  old style like i  got  or the new one that has the solid bottom??

the new style should help with muzzle rise when shot. the closed bottom one ijust purchased one for my 9mm project going to get it milled out for the 9mm bullet and have my 9mm barrel threaded for it.
