I think I know the answer to this question, but just to make sure I understand it right... I can now remove pins from my post-ban pinned collapsable stock, right?

I think as of 12:01 this morning there is no post/pre ban
the atf.gov site saz ITS OVER.....

It appears to be a "true" collapsable stock. Pins are gone, and here's what it looks like now.

 You must remove the old stock and install a new one with a new buffer tube, spring, etc...AND THEN YOU MUST SEND THE OLD ONE TO FIENSWINE!!!  Tell her you don't need it anymore.  That's the politest thing I could think of.

Yes, it is. In its shortest position, the buffer tube is flush with the butt of the stock (shoulder plate).
