All:

I am looking at the RRA Tactical Entry LE model.  With the bayonet lug, and a 6 position collapsible stock.  16" barrel, and a detachable flash hider.

Is there anything that would make this illegal if I had a 16" barrel?  

Also, is there anything else I should consider?  Options?  Other rifles?

That rifle is legal in 40 minutes. Buy it in the morning. Nothing illegal about a 16 inch barrel!
