Colt is the only other company that makes them available for the civilian market. Just expect to pay twice as much.

Yeah, which is b*llshit because bushy is just as good if not better. I would even take one made by RRA but they dont do chrome lined barrels, correct? |

Not in a 20incher they don't. Only carbines. Does CMMG have 20" barrles with chrome lining and 1/7 twist? I have nver heard of it. i know they had some FN barrels in 1/12 that were meant for rebarelling of M16A1s. |

I had a G-profile barrel that I picked up on Ebay, last year, it was marked FNMI MP 1x7. Bought it for $75, put it together with an A2 receiver and sold it for $225... shoulda kept it.

Did the same, paid a little more, but not too much more. Kicking myself in the ass every time I'm reminded of it. Barrel was damn near brand new.
