Does anyone know  where I could find a gas block with railed top and bayonet lug? if There even is such a contraption...

Not right now although someone may fill that niche after the ban.  The GG&G flipup is the only aftermarket sight with lug I know of.  Well, the Knights used on the SAM rifles, but that isn't available for civvie consumption.  I do know that YHM is working on a lugged front flip sight.

ok thanks, I just want to make sure I get the the evil feature along with what I want (flip up) incase there is another ban (im kinda low on cash so I dont have 15 lowers laying around)
