What hardware would you use for your "UTAR"?
Greater weight given to the latest and trendiest over actual functionality.

 This project would have to start with a pre-ban lower, preferably Colt.
 Let's see, from there:
-Vltor carbine stock with latest long storage compartments
-TangoDown Battle grip
-SureFire picatinny fore end
-TangoDown front vertical grip
-Flat top upper
-Lewis Machine & Tool bolt carrier group
-16" 1/7 twist barrel w/Vortex flash suppressor
-ACOG TA-11 with ARMS 19S mount
-HK SA80 magazines
-Black Hills 77gr OTM ammo as sold exclusively through Georgia Precision

 What did I leave out?

-PRI big latch with gas buster charging handle
-some surefire light, not sure which one yet.
