I used to live there for a few years. I think you'll like it but get used to eating coconut candy, red rice, keliguan, and some other treats.

I've got some helo pilot buddies stationed there. Gun laws are very restrictive. Don't know details, but I don't even think they have guns in their homes. Good luck. It could be a military housing rule that you wouldn't care about.
