Say they not only made the awb longer but also added in so much BS that we ended up only being able to own single shot bolt actions and they said turn in your guns or your a felon would that include NFA weapons or are all the transferable machine guns safe from confiscation ?

In theory, from a consitutional aspect at least, aren't all firearms exempt from confiscation?


People always forget about that little part at the end.... "shall not be infringed.".

The governement seems to forget that part at the end quite often themselves so he might have a valid question. I would assume that if made it a felony to hold your weapons it would indeed cover NFA weapons as well.
