I've seen several references to testing done by the FBI/DEA for selection of a 223 carbine.  I can't find the original post and was wondering if anyone could provide a link or any additional information on the testing and results.

(I tried the search function and didn't get anything)

RRA M4 with EOTech for DEA is confirmed, I don't know about FBI but heard some rumbling about SIG 551/552 or something like that.
