I know that the Kalifornia legal FAB 10 can be configured into preban rifle setups with all the naughty bits that make prebans so desirable. However,I just can't bring myself to spend money on a rifle that has been bastardized to conform with stupid liberal rules.  A pistol, on the other hand, with all the evil features might just get my attention.
Has anyone actually built a FAB 10 pistol? Anyone succesfully done it in Kali?

To be sold as a pistol in Calif it would have to be tested and approved by DOJ...

Effective January 1, 2001, no handgun may be manufactured within California, imported into California for sale, lent, given, kept for sale, or offered/exposed for sale unless that handgun model has passed firing, safety, and drop tests and is certified for sale in California by the Department of Justice. Private party transfers, curio/relic handguns, certain single-action revolvers, and pawn/consignment returns are exempt from this requirement.
