May be a really dumb question but can I chuck up my AR-15 barrels and thread them for flash hiders? Can I legally put deadly, dangerous and frightening bayonet lugs on?

Do we now have pre-ban, ban and post ban era guns to deal with?

There is no ban any more. Add all the bayonet lugs, flash suppressors, and telestocks you want to your AR-15 rifles.
