Most of these dealers are working themselves right out of the market, and there will be few replacements. Less than 10% of the number of gun shops that existed prior to the AWB in the PRK are here now, and even most of those aren't doing as much business as they could be, because they refuse to compete on prices. Many of us would prefer to go buy things in person, but instead of keeping prices low and making it up on volume (and, BTW, getting constant traffic in the store, where people will buy other things), they seem to prefer to make the occasional sale at huge mark-ups, and sit and watch TV or BS with each other.
There are a couple of decent shops, and these places get plenty of business and make pretty good (not great, but good) money with volume sales.
