I am looking to make an SBR with an 11" or 11.5" barrel that is thin profile.  I looked through the catalog and there are a couple of options: HBAR and lightweight, 11.5 and 10.5 lenght.  

1.  Can I get an 11-inch thin profile?  
2.  Do your lightweight barrels have a bulge under the front sight or are they thin all the way down?  
3.  Is the  gas port opened up for SBR operation?

What will you charge for an 11.5-inch chrome-lined, lightweight threaded barrel with a complete sight, delta ring and gas tube?

This should answer your questions.

1.  We only offer 11.5" & 10.5", not 11".  We currently have 11.5" Chrome Lined LW, 10.5
LW, and 10.5" LW Chrome lined in stock.
2.  Our LW profile barrels are true LW profile, including under the sight tower, not .75" diameter.
3.  Our gas ports are the smallest diameter that should work for that length.

A 11.5" LW Chrome lined barrel runs $20495, then add $27 for front sight assy, delta ring assy. and gas tube with pin.
