Almost correct, but not quite
Swap in IMR4064 (approx 43 grains to be specific).
FWIW, OP, while I exclusively use Lapua brass in my bolt guns, I actually use previously-fired Federal (GMM) brass in my Large Frame gas guns, and I've had exceptional results, even shooting suppressed. I use 43.4 grains of IMR 4016, but Lapua brass is substantially thicker, so you should start lower. I'm on the 5th firing for some of the cases and I haven't started to throw them away yet, but I'm guessing that's coming soon. Obviously, anneal and trim as part of your reloading process between firings.
I use this same load for both of my Large Frame Larues:
Out of my 20" OBR, I get 2515 FPS (supersonic until 950)
Out of my 16 PtOBR I get 2460 fps (still supersonic until 950).
You're going to get about 2490, and guess what - it'll be supersonic until 950.
The 175smks have the fantastic transonic/subsonic behavior,
