Hey LT guys,
This has probably been thought of but this dude has milled out his LT 660 to look like (and perhaps lighten?) the HK mount.
Would this be a possible production thing?

It kinda looks like the Knight's mount. I might try this on my Micro mount.

I second this as a production item. I want a 1/3 cowitness but prefer the look and weight savings of the milled out design.

Detach your sight and then look at the bottom. Its one piece of metal milled out already. Its hollow on the inside to conserve weight

I do not have one (yet) so I did not know that. That is good to know.
ETA: still think it looks cool.
