I have one and it's sweet. Plan on getting an 18" barrel and hand guard in the future. Probably order a 16.1" 5.56 next. |

I went with the 16.1" to keep from being pinned and welded... |

Wish I could justify both, but I know the Scar will just collect dust after getting an OBR!

Keep em both. Have a Nightforce NXS F1 with H58 on the tOBR, and ACOG TA11 on the SCAR heavy. Love em both. You won't regret it.

Is a UBR stock possible on the PredatOBR 7.62? I haven't seen any on this tread...

I'm missing the MK 6 on mine. Is it mounted on a LT111? Have you considered Aimpoint offset? Last Q's, where did you get that pack? MK6 sits in a LT111-34 and is very comfortable without any comb adjustment needed to me. I have wanted to play with an Aimpoint offset but will probably have to settle for a set Dueck Defense offset irons. The pack is a 3 day pack just like this one. Liked the looks of that pack so much I ordered one myself to nestle my tOBR into. I would however recommend getting it directly from Entrygear as the ones they sell on eBay don't have the lap belt included. |

How does the tOBR 7.62 trigger differ from a tAR 5.56 trigger. I own a tAR 5.56 and absolutely love the trigger.

Skinnier than some people like, but VERY consistent with super short reset and overtravel. I like it enough I picked up a spare. |

That's good to hear. I hope to see some 7.62 tOBR action here soon. I can't wait.
It's good to see some OBR movement though. Some of those guys were waiting for a while. |

For you guys running your tOBRs hard, have you found Pmags (particularly gen 3 in 20 & 25 round variety) to be as reliable as the LaRue steel mags?

Compared to others, compactness and light weight of the MK6 are humdingers.

I've watched the assembly/disassembly video, I guess I just find it a little shocking a rifle known for precision can have a barrel nut taken apart, hand tightened and then be able to pull of repeatable hits long range. I just assumed there had to be an ideal value. |
