Hi all -

Don't know if there is a decent kids/womens longbow out there for someone around my wifes size.  Shes been around 100lbs all her life but recently had our first child in the last 5 months so shes around 110lbs I think.  Shes pretty decently strong for her size (ran a lot of track in high school) so I'm not sure what she'll need for poundage on the pull.

Any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks.

Daniel

Hit the pow wow forum over at tradgang dot com. Alot of info and classifieds as well!!  For starters, I'd suggest something around 30-35# at her draw length!!!

My thoughts? Find a local bow-shop, even a Cabela's or other big-named store is suitable, and get her professionally measured. They'll have multiple bows of different draw lengths and draw weights. They'll even have the releases that don't release, so she can try a bow safely.

EDIT: I just noticed how old this thread is.
