Many crossbows are just re-branded cheap Chinese imports.  I found this one interesting (I realize there are problems with folding crossbows):

Does anyone know who really makes it?   Or is this somehow a unique product made by "William Tell"??

Found this one for sale in the UK, so I'm pretty sure it's just some Chinese product that is resold as private label:

Agreed, but I'm suggesting that it's actually a ~$50 crossbow from China that is rebranded and sold for a lot more.  For $50 or so, I'd be interested, but need help finding out the actual manufacturer.
