Have a vx5r TribandHave that I bought a couple of years ago from a friend who needed money ,,,it was as new and still is ,,,wondering what kind of price I should sell it for ,,have manual ,,earbud mic and charger ,, I was thinking like 225-250 ,, I'm I in the right range ,,thnx for your help

$225 is about the right price for one. The one's for sale on some of the Ham Forums are going for that.

Honestly... I think you are high.  I paid 150.00 w/ speaker mic and softwear for mine in very nice shape. I paid 200.00 for a LNIB VX6r. I like the vx5 and will buy another one for a family member to use when i find a good one.

Not a ham ,,thought about it but didn't do it never used it just listened to shortwave on it and would rather just use my iPad now,,,I know call me lazy hahahahah
