Rwanda confirmed.
9X5RU confirmed a year to the day after I worked them. I'm not impressed with the RUDXT. The other thing that does not impress me is the 6 months after we'll download LOtW free but act now and cough up $X and we'll do it now. Yeah, I know. DXpeditions cost money but when you look at the sponsorships and yada yada yada it looks like they're doing it for profit. I don't mind the $3 for postage but when you Google around and see postage is $1.50 and they want $5 that's bullshit. Over the years I've been pretty generous to the point where the bureau cards I get that ask me for a card I simply mail direct. Fair is fair. |

Still nothing on my end, i think the recent storms knocked more things around on the power lines around here. My noise floor is just crazy. Or maybe the construction people down the road are running generators I can hear, who knows.

Well, let's hope the situation gets resolved for you soon. I'm fortunate to have a very low noise floor here. My IC-7300's scope shows no noise. I usually don't see noise here until I get as low as 40M. 40M is always noisy for me.

Just got 3G0YA on 14.241 when he was listening on .253. Sometimes he listens 5 up, but then occasionally he'll say 253. I was there waiting for him. Most were still at +5.

FINALLY got Chad in the log and when I checked his real time log I wasn't in it so back into the fray and got lucky. Three or four tries. This time I added /P and made damned sure he didn't bust that one.
That particular DX group is obviously in it for a buck. On top of that the Italian mail service is terrible. |
