anyone ever skin and cook rattlesnake? is it easy to pull the meat off the ribs?

The beauty of them is that they are like little bitty ribs. Dont bother trying to bone a rattler. Gut it, skin it, grill it, eat.

I tried to bone a rattlesnake one time, way too difficult. Go with the above poster and just grill it without attempting to debone.
