I took a look. Even at 75% off it is not much of a bargain. Like 1.3 pounds of sausage for $25? At 75% off that is still $6.25 and they want $10 to ship your order.

IIRC they do this every year...a few years ago it was 75% off, plus there was a coupon code for an extra 15% off

I bought like 90$ worth of stuff 3? years or so ago when the SF annual hickory farms after christmas sale thread was posted here. i had like 5 boxes full of individual giftboxes delivered by ups.
But in the end the cheese is fucking nasty and so is the sausage and i ended up throwing so much of it away cuz its not even worth saving for emergency food, bleh. so you guys help yourself. and yes a few years ago it was like 90% off. |

What I found is if you plan on storing these long term every few months flip the boxes over. This prevents the oils in the cheese from settling downward which does make them "nasty" As far as taste to each his own , but I love this stuff with a cold beer !! |
