depends what you want; there's a good thread about the Mormon Cannery (somewhere recent on this board)

they have rice, beans, macaroni, sgettti noodles, hard red wheat, flour, sugar, potatoe buds, and alot of other staples available (generally)
to the public, in # 10 cans or 1 gal. mylar pouches. Search on the LDS website for a Cannery, (not Bishops Closet) near you & call them.

Prices are very cheap, (their cost for the bulk products) if you don't mind doing the work of canning yourself.   Good luck
