Well my unit was placed on alert Monday and I received my phone call about 3pm that day. I'm with a Combat MP unit. I dont know where I'm going and probably wont know until I receive my orders. I was informed to pack my goggels for "blowing sand".
I guess what I hate the most is waiting on the mail man. I'm ready to go, but its playing hell on the wife and kids. How many of you have experienced this and what do you tell a 7 and 3 year old girls?
