Man Dies After Alleged Robbery

(WJZ) Police tell WJZ.COM that a suspect died after robbing a local Radio Shack Monday evening.

The man held up the store, located in the 6400 block of Reisterstown Road, at around 5:49 p.m.

Some store employees reportedly wrestled with the suspect before he got away.

As he attempted to flee in his car, he allegedly rear-ended a plain clothes police officer. When the officer took him out of the car, he complained of chest pains.

The suspect was transported to a local hospital where he later died.
