Yesterday 6-24-15, Hutto Tx lost a good officer from a force of approx. 25 officers.

SGT Chris Kelly, while in plain clothes, was run over by a felony suspect during an arrest. He leaves behind a wife and two children. Scum ran him down with a police car.
