I am going to be part of a security team for a large converence in Chicago next month. Our "team" is all fellow university students in a "Security and the Criminal  Justice System" class. We have been given 3 scenarios to use in order to come up with plans including the police, fire, federal LE, city transportation officials and private security.

In a week the team of students will be put into a tabletop exercise with police and fire chiefs from our area. If any of you have been involved in emergency planning at all, please IM me, as I can't post the scenarios within the forum. I'm just looking to bounce my role (the police) and my plan by someone to get their opinion.
