Before any one flames me, I am only asking these questions upfront because I sold a parts kit to an individual and took out the fcg, auto sear, and rate reducer before shipping it to him. He IM'd me once he got it and asked about the parts and I'm trying to find out if there are any restrictions on doing this.  

So, what is the legality of sending full auto trigger groups to California? It is from an AK74 kit. Also, what are the legalities of sending the auto sear and rate reducer? Thanks for the input!
