Now, you can't own and use any temp blocked magazines. What you are going to do about them?
Only permenantly blocked mags can be used, my question is, what can a mag be considered as "permenantly blocked".

sorry for OUR loss - when you lose your rights, mine are not far behind. send them to me OR tell the politicians that the law is unconstitutional and will be ignored.
Looks like it is time for a last ditch legal challenge?

wengv where did you see this, i have not heard this yet. but you do have a valid question how do you make a mag "permenantly blocked"? screw the block into the mag?
They are only trying to stop the rash of crimes by those criminals who have been using rivets or blocks of wood to block their old magazines.
I have cut off 4 thermold mags just below the 2nd ridge line from the bottom using a hacksaw cutting off 2 inches(if you measure from the bottom including the baseplate). I cut new slots for the baseplate with a dremel and used green followers. They hold exactly 15 rounds. They are now about the size of a 20rd mag.

The population would drop by a hundred unless you count the illegal owners in Newark.
