Well I know you guys don't need any material to make fun of us californians but heres something funny I saw a while back, while shooting near the CA-mex border some human rights group has set up stations with big orange flags in areas of heavy illegal alien traffic and they contain jugs of water so the aliens won't get thirsty while sneaking in, kind of funny how much money goes in to trying to keep these people out and then now there making it easier.

Water jugs blow up real nice when you shoot them [:D]

Perhaps the BP would rather they actually be there.  Maybe they'd rather not clean up the bodies that result from heat exhaustion/dehydration or freezing in the winter, especially when they are women and children.  Warm, moving bodies show up much better on FLIR/night vision than cold, dead ones, I imagine...
