Do these people not have surplus stores within an hour of where they live?
They're selling them for $12-15 for .50 cal cans by me... The remaining $5-7 plus shipping cost could be used for gas. Surplus stores are fun. |
Quoted: The local Northern Tool has them for less than $10. Picked up a few myself recently. Kind surprised to see them at Northern Tool so I figured what the heck and bought a few. |
We are charging a premium for these cans because they were actually used in combat, some were even used to kill the enemy––- CTD

LMAO
sometimes I wonder if it's just publicity No one is actually paying that I hope... |
Guys compared to some of their past ammo ripoffs, this price really isn't too bad for them. It's just shy of double the actual going rate.

Quoted:
Don't forget the $15 shipping on top of that. I was about to say... if shipping was included that would sadly be a deal around here |
Quoted: Those .50 caliber cans are marked .556. Northern Tool has the same cans. All of them are marked either .50 cal, 5.56 or 9mm from what I saw. |

What are you bitching about, these are cheap at 1/3rd the price! You save -200% ! ~CTD

At the rate we are expending ordnance in hajji's general direction, I'd like to think it would be raining fucking ammo cans.
Old guy here, I can remember buying a 6 pack from CTD for $5 a can.
They should base the inflation rate on CTD prices. We would be at 100-300%. |
What is the backstory with the CTD edits? I have always wondered about this.

I would only pay that much for them if a Marine had used it to bash in some Al Quaeda dudes head, then put the leftover brains inside the can, and sold it on CTD.
Seriously, I get these at my local milsurp store for $6 a pop. |

It's only worth it if they were painted with non-corrosive primer.
