Here is raw video from the 9/12 rally where some ACORN people were escorted out of the protest area because they were selling "Don't Tread on Me" flags to the crowd. A 9/12 Protester followed them until they were out of the area, shouting constantly "These are ACORN; They are Frauds." Capitol Police also followed them part of the way to make sure they left the protest area. At one point, the ACORN folks reacted with anger at the protesters following them and exposing them to the crowd as being from ACORN. A minor altercation took place.
The end of the video contains a short interview with the protester who followed the ACORN people and shouted at them. He said the ACORN people were told to leave by police, but did not initially do so, instead circling back into the crowd to continue selling their flags. That's when he began following them and shouting to the crowd that they were from ACORN. VIDEO |

Everyone wants to make a buck... Next time the Dems have a rally, sell USSR flags, I hear they love those... Or Che shirts, or Chinese flags. He, we can do this too... |

They made the false assumption that the 9-12 protesters were going to be as dumb as the pro-Obama people they're used to being around.
NOPE! |
|
Money laundering.
1. Use taxpayer dollars purchase "flags". 2. "Flags" sold for cash. 3. Cash disappears into no-taxed pockets. 4. Profit! |

Wait, what's the problem here? Half the people on ARFCOM were talking about bringing Gadsen flags to various tea party protests.
|

I just see a bunch of racists harrasing 3 black folks............
|
|
You know, I'm not sure. It may have been because they were selling in the protest area, or because they wanted to avoid an altercation.

If it had been some ARFCOM member selling gadsen flags and then booted, there would be 50 threads about JBTs trying to put the "subjects" in line so that Obama can roll out his socialist agenda.
I'm failing to see any good case for indignant outrage here. |

Capitalistic commies/socialists? The hypocrisy confuses me...

Using subterfuge to make money off of actual patriots - money which will then be used to fund underage prostitutes among other things - should be enough to piss anyone off. |

I just see a bunch of racists harrasing 3 black folks............ Yeah, I kinda see that too. How was it that they were deemed "Acorn People"? A SMART Conservative would have just taken pictures, and said "Hey look! We even have black chicks who like our message!" (or something less-racial sounding)... |

They would have made no money that way, and just wasted their day. |

Reminds me of the t-shirts sold years ago at a the O.U./Texas game that said "No Boz-Os" with the number 44 and a slash/circle thru it.
Texas fans were buying them left and right because they hated Brian Bozworth. Brian Bozworth was the one that printed them up. . . |

They represent their own interests and are using low-income people both as a financial conduit and a false rallying cry. You are deliberately misrepresenting the protesters. Seeing that you are posting from Taiwan I surmise that you have very little experience with what you're talking about. You are fooling no one here. |
