I followed a recipe I found online very loosely:

4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and cut into cubes
1-1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
garlic powder (just eyed it)
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (probably added more than that)
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup honey
1 Tablespoon curry powder
Some cayenne pepper and crushed red pepper flakes

Mixed everything into a bowl and let sit in the refrigerator for about an hour as I ran to the store to pick up the rice and pot stickers. Then dumped the chicken in a skillet and cooked over medium low heat.

I know it doesn't look like much but it was rather tasty.

Its not like it is inedible, but I wouldn't eat it unless I was near death. Sometime shortly after eating grasshoppers out of a rhino's ass.

I'll have to give it a try some time.

I guess many here have not had Indian food. Most curries look nasty, but taste so damn good.

The food itself looked good but the arrangement lacked care and whimsy and the selection of ingredients clashed somewhat. More thoughtful use of firearms would have helped as well. The peach Skoal was strangely out of place. Great presentations require tremendous work, foresight, and arrangement, and we found this effort lacking."
