It was good. My g/f is from Australia and didn't know a lot about history. I had to point out the obvious slant that is always made, like not only women, but black women discussing political things at town meetings. But bottom line is you'll see why the name "John Adams" isn't held in the reverance that say Jefferson does. |

I thought it was pretty good. The actor that played George Washington did such a good job you'd almost forget he was just playing a part.
It also did a good job of showing the various shenanigans they had to pull to get a unanimous vote to declare independence. |

Script. Good
Actors. Good. Directing. Not so much. It could have been better. It wasn't bad, but it certainly didn't live up to my expectations. I don't regret seeing it but I won't be adding it to my DVD collection. |
